On Week 7 of the first semester, assessment points in all units of first year students are obtained in order to come up with a preliminary GPA, to be made known to students by the Registrar. After being advised by the Academic Head (AH), in coordination with the Guidance Officer, students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 may apply in writing to the AH about their intention to take the Degree Program.
